I think many of us spend too much time trying to please everyone around us. We hide our true feelings and force a smile, hoping it will make others happy. We silence our pain, frustrations, and sadness, fearing judgment or rejection. But, in reality, most people are too caught up in their own struggles to even notice what we're going through.
Pretending everything is fine when it's not is exhausting. We lose ourselves in the process, sacrificing our well-being for the comfort of others. But should it really be this way? Maybe the real strength lies in embracing our emotions, allowing them to be seen, and finding peace within ourselves instead of seeking validation from others.
What is your perception about this?
